A deliberately limited capacity to ensure high-quality instruction, solid foundations and the time needed for precise, safe guidance.
Intermediate classes: 20 Reformer machines
An expanded offer designed to support consistent progression and a more intensive training experience.
Advanced classes: 20 Reformer machines
Access to advanced classes requires a minimum of 20 intermediate sessions. This prerequisite is essential to ensure safety, as the exercises are technically demanding and may present a risk if performed incorrectly. For this reason, the instructor reserves the right to refuse access to any participant who does not meet these requirements or demonstrate the appropriate level, even if booked.

Bambino : New Opening Hours in MAY
We are pleased to announce that, on a trial basis throughout May, Bambino restaurant will extend its opening hours every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, remaining open until 22:00.
On this occasion, Bambino will offer (for dine-in or takeaway):
- Sharing platters,
- Hot and cold dishes,
- Paninis and sandwiches,
- A selection of beverages (local beers, coffee, natural wines, etc.).
A special offer will also be available until the end of May:
- With the purchase of any dish (hot or cold), a detox juice will be offered,
- With the purchase of two alcoholic drinks (wine or beer), a sharing platter will be offered.
