Reformer Pilates: 5 Additional Beds Coming Soon
To meet the growing enthusiasm for Reformer Pilates, we will soon receive 5 new beds for our Motion studio.
With nearly 30 Reformer classes offered each week, this expansion will allow us to provide up to 140 additional booking slots. The result: more availability, greater flexibility in your bookings, and more opportunities to enjoy your favourite sessions.

If you want to take your training at the next level, or simply need some guidance for your future workouts, there is an easy solution: take our short anamnesis questionnaire, also available via a QR code at the Wellbeing Advisor desk, in the Fitness area.
This questionnaire helps assess your current lifestyle habits and fitness goals. Once completed, your responses will be sent directly to the fitness team. A Wellbeing Advisor will review them and create a personalized training programme tailored to your needs.
This will be uploaded to the MyAspria app under the “My Activities” tab, and the Wellbeing Advisor will notify you by email when it becomes available in your preferred language (French or English).
