We hope you enjoyed the workouts and truly felt the HYROX vibe! 

You may have noticed that we’ve now received official HYROX equipment at the Club — which means you’ll be able to train in even better conditions for upcoming challenges and events.

This is just the beginning — let’s keep pushing limits together!

To help us maintain a clean and organised environment, we kindly ask all members to empty their lockers before leaving the Club. Any belongings left behind will be removed and securely stored by our team. These items can be retrieved at the Housekeeping Desk for a handling fee of 30€.

If you’re looking for added convenience, permanent lockers are available for 336€/year. For more details or to reserve one, please speak with our Reception team.

This policy is in place to:
– Keep the changing rooms clean, safe, and accessible for all.
– Ensure lockers remain available for daily use.
– Reduce the volume of lost or forgotten items.

If you want to take your training at the next level, or simply need some guidance for your future workouts, there is an easy solution: take our short anamnesis questionnaire, also available via a QR code at the Wellbeing Advisor desk, in the Fitness area.

This questionnaire helps assess your current lifestyle habits and fitness goals. Once completed, your responses will be sent directly to the fitness team. A Wellbeing Advisor will review them and create a personalized training programme tailored to your needs.

This will be uploaded to the MyAspria app under the “My Activities” tab, and the Wellbeing Advisor will notify you by email when it becomes available in your preferred language (French or English).
