With the arrival of warmer days, a new energy begins to unfold. At Aspria, it can be felt everywhere: the pool sparkles, the Café and Tribal terraces come to life, and the evenings stretch a little longer… everything is in place to make the most of it.
As you may know, since March, L'Institut has evolved to offer you more personalised appointments combining beauty, wellbeing and health.

We are pleased to announce that, on a trial basis throughout April, Bambino restaurant will extend its opening hours every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, remaining open until 22:00.
On this occasion, Bambino will offer (for dine-in or takeaway):
- Sharing platters,
- Hot and cold dishes,
- Paninis and sandwiches,
- A selection of beverages (local beers, coffee, natural wines, etc.).
A special offer will also be available until the end of April:
- With the purchase of any dish (hot or cold), a detox juice will be offered,
- With the purchase of two alcoholic drinks (wine or beer), a sharing platter will be offered.
Your feedback, which can be shared directly with the restaurant team, will be invaluable in helping us refine this offer.

If you want to take your training at the next level, or simply need some guidance for your future workouts, there is an easy solution: take our short anamnesis questionnaire, also available via a QR code at the Wellbeing Advisor desk, in the Fitness area.
This questionnaire helps assess your current lifestyle habits and fitness goals. Once completed, your responses will be sent directly to the fitness team. A Wellbeing Advisor will review them and create a personalized training programme tailored to your needs.
This will be uploaded to the MyAspria app under the “My Activities” tab, and the Wellbeing Advisor will notify you by email when it becomes available in your preferred language (French or English).
